large room perfect location missing amenities old design
The room was quite large. It felt almost like a studio apartment (I enjoyed the extra space). The location was perfect for accessing La Grande Place. The reception staff was friendly to me.
My room lacked some amenities, such as slippers. The receptionist seemed to have a bad day during check-in. The room design seemed a bit old.

Acceptable Stay but Some Issues Found
inconsistent temperature unhelpful staff
I found some aspects of my stay disappointing. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated significantly. It was difficult to get a consistent, comfortable temperature. the staff did not offer any assistance upon arrival (I had a child and a lot of luggage). This lack of help was surprising and made the check-in process more stressful.

unstable internet uncontrolled water temperature
the rooms were spacious. the location was good, with a tram and metro stop within walking distance.
The water temperature in the shower was hard to control. It swung between too hot and too cold. the internet connection kept dropping (it was really annoying). also, the staff didn't offer help with our luggage even though we arrived with a child.
