Acceptable Stay but Some Issues Found

I found some aspects of my stay disappointing. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated significantly. It was difficult to get a consistent, comfortable temperature. the staff did not offer any assistance upon arrival (I had a child and a lot of luggage). This lack of help was surprising and made the check-in process more stressful.

The water temperature in the shower was hard to control. It swung between too hot and too cold. the internet connection kept dropping (it was really annoying). also, the staff didn't offer help with our luggage even though we arrived with a child.
